ADVI Convention 2026

By making the registration payment for the ADVI 2026 Convention, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Confirmation

Registration will be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the participant receives official confirmation from the ADVI organizing committee.

Access to the event is personal and non-transferable, except in the cases provided for in the Transfer of Venue section.

2. Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellation before September 1, 2026, a penalty of 30% of the amount paid will be applied to cover administrative expenses. The remaining 70% will be refunded within a maximum of 30 business days.

• In case of cancellation from September 1, 2026 onwards, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

No exceptions will be made for personal, work, health, schedule changes or similar reasons.

3. Transfer of Location

The participant may transfer their registration to another travel agent, provided that:

• The ADVI organizers should be notified in writing via email.

• Please send the complete information of the new participant.

• The notification should be made before the start of the event.

Once the transfer has been made and confirmed by the organizing committee, the new participant will assume all the rights and obligations of the registration.

4. Event Modifications

ADVI reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, schedules or dynamics of the event when necessary to ensure its proper execution.

5. Acceptance

By making the payment, the participant declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
